Aastha team includes members of the community who have excellent understanding about community, social organizations and human needs, doctors, nurses, medical social workers, and pharmacist. The team’s aim is to provide quality and compassionate care, which includes pain management, emotional and spiritual support to the patient and to the patients’ family members. Generally, the care is provided in the patients’ home as we do not have any clinic or hospice care home yet. We provide all the services at free of cost.

In partnership with local health care facilities and organizations, the ‘Aastha’ support the development and implementation of a broad range of  care initiatives.

The team consists of:

  • Medical Doctor

  • Nurse

  • Medical Social Worker

  • Pharmacist

  • Physiotherapist

Our Home Care team supports patients who prefer and can still be cared for at home. The team will visit the patients in their homes to ensure they continue to live with comfort. The service is accessible weekday. This service is also available for adults and children.

Go around and see what is being done and then see how your own circumstances can produce another version; there is need for diversity in this field.

We believe that healthcare should be a social good – it is a basic human need, and should be available to as many people as possible.
